The perfect hanging glass terrarium

2015 is the year I hope to finish decorating our home- be it many more walls of plastering still need doing.

Next on the list is the living room, though I feel the bathroom isn't quite complete
(are our homes ever 'finished' in terms of decorating I wonder)

On top of my list is the perfect hanging glass terrarium to hang from the bathroom rail over the window.

The difficulty is choosing which one- also in keeping the plants alive!

{Floral fabric banners}

It is now 4 months since our little girl Octavia Rose came to say hello and how the time has flown.

She is a gorgeous girl
(though I would say that wouldn't I!)

Trying to juggle creating Sesame and Lilly products, alongside my freelance print work and most importantly being a mum is proving a challenge but one i am embracing.

I have created a range of new printed floral fabric banners which I love.
Digitally printed and inspired by vintage fabric they are available in the shop now.

{Octavia Rose}

As you know I am on a little break from Sesame and Lilly because my husband and I were expecting the arrival of this beautiful little one.

Octavia Rose Saunders

We are so totally in love with her.

{Jessica Zoob desire}

One day, visiting family in Lewes, East Sussex,
 I was lucky enough to visit Jessica Zoob gorgeous painting studio on an open day.
There my love affair with her artwork began.

Jessica has just launched an on-line shop where you are able to purchase her artwork direct.

I'm hoping one day, one of her original oil paintings will grace the walls of our bedroom

{Vintage metal tub gardens}

Near my house is the most wonderful second hand shop for a homeless charity.

Yesterday I discovered this beauty for sale-
a vintage 1930's galvanised steel dolly tub!

These were the
 washing machines of the 1930's -but i aim to use it in our garden.

Trying to decide what to plant in it is proving hard though- any suggestions?

For now, Pinterest is proving inspiring

Happy Wednesday
