Whilst sewing, what feels like, a million lavender pillows yesterday
I started thinking about uses of lavender and how yum it is to actually eat!

Though I am super busy at the moment, with sadly no time to try any of these - I have saved them to try on a beautiful Spring day.

ReplyDeleteI have heard that lavender shortbread is very lovely but I've never been daring enough to try it! Not being a massive fan of the scent itself, I'm too cowardly to give it a go :-P

I love lavender cream chocolates, but I've never tried cooking with it. The items in the pictures look lovely, though.

I love Lavender and those pictures are beautiful and yummy, one thing you may want to make though a little fiddly are Lavender wands, you can put them in your room or wardrobe I added a few little gems also to make them extra special:_)
ReplyDeleteIve made lavender shortbread and lavender and lemon cupcakes from a hummingbird recipe they were amazing and not at all difficult to make ,i steeped the lavender in milk and then used a muslin cloth to drain the liquid as my nana told me this is what she used to do 70 odd years ago with her grandmother it worked a treat ...
