The store is based in the city of Michigan and at some point in my life,  I hope to go and visit!

Full to the brim with the most amazing quality vintage, the pictures alone are beautiful pieces of

{Lavender Love}

Whilst sewing, what feels like, a million lavender pillows yesterday

I started thinking about uses of lavender and how yum it is to actually eat!

Though I am super busy at the moment, with sadly no time to try any of these - I have saved them to try on a beautiful Spring day.

Boynton Hall

Shall I let you into a little secret?

 This is the house my father grew up in, Boynton Hall.

 My grandparents bought it after the war. 

Sadly it was sold on in the 1970s - oh how I wish our family still owned it. 

What a wonderful place to grow up in, and my mother dated my father while he lived here and she remembers what a wonderful house it was full of ghosts and dust! 

Wonderfully the owner now, allowed my husband and i to get married in its little church as my parents did many, many years ago.

 A little fact about me to share with you all.x

Antique Pin Cushions

At the moment I am super busy creating and designing,

 mixing freelance design work with 

creating Sesame and Lilly,

 ready for the book launch of

 Selina Lake at the end of this month.

Today I am creating a new line of pin cushions, and had a quick morning walk through Pinterest to inspire me.
